ReplyDeleteHi Trace...Wow! This is even better than the pics on fb. I really love how everything just blends in so beautifully and naturally. Stunning!!!

This is so you Trace, gorgeous subtle colours, a bit of wire, wonderful paste work - I just want to keep looking at it!
ReplyDeleteSo sorry for James not being able to go with his pals but it must be lovely for you to have it at home..... Hugs, Anne x
Wow, a wonderful piece, Trace.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely week
Beautiful Trace. I can see why you love that stencil - what a difference it has made to the background. And your choice of colours blend so well together. Hugs, Jenny x
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteSo subtle and beautiful, Trace - I love the shimmer of the weathered wood embossed stamping... it's so right that such an unassuming woman should almost fade into the background... perfect way to use the image. And what a background - fabulous corrugated painty inky loveliness! A brilliant make, and it's great to have you play along at AO!
ReplyDeleteAlison xx
Poor James - but better to rest now in order to be able to go the next time...
just so fabulous Trace - I love the layers and that treasure gold looks amazing - love the lace and all the other details too - stunning work!! Hugs xx
ReplyDeleteOh Trace I adore this, it is just so beautiful! Absolutely gorgeous subtle colours and the stamping is brilliant, it so suits the whole piece! The wire is the perfect addition, this must be one of my all time favourites of yours!!
ReplyDeleteHope James is on the mend, what a shame he can't go, hopefully there will be another chance soon!
So beautiful love the soft colors and the flowers are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fab make - I luv your work xx GailT xx
ReplyDeleteTrace...you are just whipping out creations right and left and ALL of them gorgeous! These colors are so soft and subtle. I love this! I love how you mix corrugated paper with wire, dimensional flowers and then add embossing and inks in the mix and it's simply lovely. That little touch of lace and those gorgeous roses really soften this piece and give it such a feminine quality. I also wanted to thank you for the very nice comment you left on my blog. Thanks for taking the time to stop by! <3 Candy
ReplyDeleteAnother of your fabulous hangings Trace. I love the colours you have chosen and all the embellishments enhance it even more. Hugs Rita xx
ReplyDeleteA beautifully delicate colour palette Trace and wonderful textures. This is a very calming piece where you have achieved perfect balance and harmony (sounds like you need it). Lots of positive vibes coming your way for both you and James, take care.

ReplyDeleteGreat hanging, beautiful soft colors!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous subtle colours and lovely stamping. I really love this - it all works so well together.
ReplyDeleteWhat a shame for James - I can really feel for him.
Love the sparklimg and different paper-textuur! Think this one is super if seen from up close! Hope that it still is going to be a good week; wish James and you the best for it! Hugs, Gerrina

A breathtaking hanging with fabulous details. Love the flowers and the use of the wire.
ReplyDeleteFantastic colour scheme Trace. Love all the texture. It's beautiful.
ReplyDeleteIts Beautiful Trace. I love the ghosted stamped image, I like the way you need to move your head around to really pic out all the details. x
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful Trace and such a wonderful feel of shabby chic with the textures and colours, I love every single gorgeous detail. hugs Chris x
ReplyDeleteThis is wonderful Trace, one of my favourites. The colours are fabulous, I hardly ever use Weathered Wood, but see it will have to come out to play more often. I'm sorry James has had to miss his trip, but it's more important to get him fully well (more important to you anyway :-) ) Take care xx
ReplyDeleteGorgeous Trace - you are so creative! Such amazing details and one fabulous design! How you come up with all these wonderful ideas Trace I will never know. Love the lace peeking through. You and James are in my thoughts and prayers Sugar.
