busy blowing bubbles!!!!!!!!!

Hey there bloggers,
here I am again! I am on a roll...
This is a card that I started for dysu texture challenge and ran out of time but the theme this week is swirls and this is full of them, so here it is:

I started by applying sand texture paste through a stencil and letting dry.Once dry,I played with paints..not my new ones..adding paint dabbers in white a silver to get a sea effect.

The mermaid is stampotique.To finish I add movers and shapers flourishes cut from pre  spritzed paper and a couple of robins nest gems.The text is computer generated and spritzed.
