anything goes challenge dt piece..summer days

well it is challenge time again at anything goes challenge
and the theme this time is Summer days
so here is my piece, a personal and summer inspired screen:


i do not have many summer stamps, but summer to me is about family time,
the children are at home
and hopefully there is time for a family holiday with
mummy and daddy..
so this screen came from there and the inspiration came from Tim's tags ....2012
and i have colour tinted some photos of our lovely children on
a wonderful day on a beach in Cornwall  a couple of years ago..

i have added lots of ideaology, seashells, glossy accents,
sand texture gel,


and torn tissue wrap


to a screen which i had crackled and then inked.

this to me sums up summer...wonder what you will chose..

  23. Trace...this is such a lovely piece. You've proven that you don't necessarily have to have summer stamps to create a beautiful summer piece. I love the photos of your family on holiday. Those are much more special than any summer stamp! I love how you've added the shells and other things to tied in the beachy theme. Just awesome piece! <3 Candy
